Choosing to honour your own truth and path is often a lonely road, but it also comes with benefits. This is a message for those of you who may be struggling with the post-Christmas “blahs.”
This window of time - between Christmas and New Year’s - can often feel blurry and confusing. And for those of you who have been navigating through challenging relationship and family dynamics this season, you may be feeling the weight of this all the more.
It does get better. It will get better. If you made a choice to put up a boundary this season, and it has you feeling guilty and sad, or it’s left you open to projections and talk around your decision by those you had to distance yourself from….. I see you.
May you rest today in this higher expression of love you have found for yourself.
May you know that any time you remove yourself from beings and situations where you are not being heard, seen, or valued….you open the door to experiences that connect you to truer expressions of love. And these experiences are simply reflecting back to you the higher form of love you’ve found for, and in, yourself.
The first few steps may feel lonely and painful…..but keep walking in alignment with the integrity of your own heart and truth. It won’t be long before you see that it was worth it. YOU’RE worth it. Always have been and always will be….regardless of what others have thought or made you believe about your own worthiness up until this point.
