It feels like major chakra upgrades are on the cards for the week ahead. This may be manifesting in your reality as new activations, or the fine tuning of previous ones. It would seem that the chakras most damaged by generational trauma and karmic family stories are the ones that will be getting the most attention on a personal level.

With 2024 being a year of alchemising wounds from the Age of Leo, the two main chakras of focus are the heart and the solar plexus. These two chakras are highly linked to the emotional imprinting that is stored in our limbic sytems, as well as our emotional expression due to the experiences that have molded and imprinted us.

Much of our emotional imprinitng comes by way of childhood and family experiences. In adolescence and adulthood, we are building upon that original foundation - oftentimes repeating the same patterns in successions of energetic overlays. This is why and how we often ended up repeating karmic stories and relational dynamics with different beings that brought out the same energetic expression in and through us.
