Whenever we find ourselves in situations where we have to censor our voices or suppress our truth, we are opening our energy fields up to imbalances if we succumb.

Right now, there are opportunities for us all to come into higher alignment with organically authentic connections and experiences where there is no striving. It is time to get buck naked and scare away those who are disgusted, so we can weed them out from those who are actually turned on 😂

When we are not a frequential match with another or others, things feel difficult and dutiful all the time. This then seeps into all things we do. We begin repelling things that are a true fit for us, and lose our magnetic quality in drawing what brings us more joyful and high quality experiences.

There is a direct correlation between how the throat and sacral chakras regulate one another in balance, in the same way that, biologically speaking, the neck and throat areas and pelvic health are interconnected too. When we don’t speak and live in truth, our flow of money, creativity, love, joy and ability to seek and give pleasure, suffer.
