Overcast London morning….

Today feels like a good day to establish higher levels of self- trust and faith in our ability to look after ourselves in all ways.

Everything in the false matrix was designed to keep us dependent on everything but self. We were taught to adhere to an assortment of formulas, which made us think we were choosing for ourselves, when really all decisions were already ultimately made…by way of the limitations of what we had to choose from.

We are being presented with opportunities to break away entirely from adhering to formulas that don’t match the vastness of who we are, and the true integrity of our purpose here on Earth.

It is ok to leap. It is ok to jump. For as long as we are making choices that honour our truth in integrity, we are always protected and supported by the universe.

We will be brought to “the edge” at the exit point of every cycle and the entry point into the new one. When we fear taking the leap, and stay on the side that we know and are familiar with, we are choosing the old way and pattern. We are sending out the message that we are not ready for the next chapter, and therefore want to stay in the old one a little while longer.

This choosing point is of course for our protection too. It is sometimes wise to stay put, until we are absolutely ready for what taking that leap is going to open us up to. Just like staying in a cycle too long can cause suffering, so too can jumping ahead of ourselves into situations we are not spiritually, mentally, and emotionally prepared to sustain.
