Trust that everything is coming into order. You may feel a little discombobulated and confused right now, but that isn’t always something to be worried about.

Whenever energy is getting ready to shift, chaos and confusion ensues. This is because for new cycles to be created, old ones must be interrupted. The uncertainty this births - and the low mood we often fall into as a result if we’re not careful - is to be wielded and directed to help us break out of the old pattern and go higher.

We do this by dismissing any programming we may have that would cause us to despair when something enters our reality that feels threatening in its presentation or expression. Instead, we ask for that thing to unlock its medicine and wisdom to us, so we can learn how to wield it to take us higher.
