DAILY ALKHEMY: Leaping Into Limitlessness

When something is about to shift magnanimously, there is always a time of unexpected chaos. This chaos may manifest in your external reality, or it may be magnified in your internal experiences - your thoughts and feelings. Either way, nothing shifts grandly without some kind of frequential disturbance.

The moments and days before a “timeline jump,” can make you feel like nothing is ever going to change - like you’re stuck in a certain cycle of suffering forever. For as long as you believe this lie, the possibility to “jump” passes you by until the next time.

Today is the last day of February, and as 2024 is a leap year, today is our “extra” day. It is said that the 29th of February opens a portal through which we are able to “leap forward” in time. If that opportunity is being presented to you now, the last few days may have left you feeling a little off kilter, and out of sorts.

“Timeline jumping” is like crossing many timezones when you fly across the world - you get to your destination quickly, but upon arrival, you have to adjust to the difference in time. The farther you travel, the greater the adjustment, and you tend to feel it more succinctly when you’re visiting a country that is ahead in time, of the one you recently departed from.

As February closes up shop for 2024, the Sun moves into the second decan of Pisces alongside Mercury. This is the Minor Arcana energy of the Nine of Cups - the card that puts us into alignment with our true soul fulfillment, for as long as we’re willing to walk away from the many imposters, and imitations of joy and love, we have met on the way back home to our truth.
